Long description: The Escolanía San Salvador (San Salvador Schola Cantorum) and the Ochote Principado (Principado (Principality) Choir of Eight Voices), both ensembles under the conductorship of Alfredo de la Roza, maestro of the chapel of the Cathedral of Uviéu (Oviedo), perform jointly in their tradition Christmas concerts, annually celebrated in the city of Uviéu (Oviedo). The content of this CD is a sample of this collaboration. It is a selection of Christmas pieces ranging widely in nature and of the most diverse authors and ages, from the Renaissance up to our own days, including some of the most popular and beloved Christmas carols.
